TEXT ORDER; The Court is in receipt of Defendants Oneida County, New York, and Onondaga County, New York June 6, 2026 Letter together with their proposed revised Civil Case Management Plan ("CCMP"). (Dkt. # 59 ). Counsel's one time effort to discuss the CCMP with opposing counsel via electronic mail is insufficient for purposes of fulfilling their obligation to "meet and confer." Defendants' counsel is directed to make a meaningful effort to contact opposing counsel by telephone more than once, if necessary, in an effort submit a mutually agreed upon CCMP. If unsuccessful, Defendant's counsel is instructed to file a letter with the Court detailing their good faith efforts to "meet and confer" with Plaintiff's counsel.
