The Court addresses the parties regarding the purpose of today's hearing and notes review of the Petition of Walker Basin Conservancy for Modification of Walker River Decree regarding Water Rights Permit Nos. 92893 through 92899 (ECF No. 1868 ) and all related briefing. The Court provides the structure for today's proceedings and questions to be addressed by counsel. Counsel present arguments and respond to the Court's inquires. After hearing from counsel, the Court directs counsel to meet and confer regarding additional language to be considered and to file a Joint Status Report within 14 days, as outlined at today's hearing.
