But, in light of Campbell's subsequently-filed Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings (Doc. 63 ), the August 28, 2026 Post-discovery Settlement Conference is CANCELLED and all case deadlines remain STAYED except as set forth in this Order. Plaintiff shall file his response to Campbell's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings on or before September 4, 2026. Campbell may file a reply memorandum on or before September 18, 2026.
