   TEXT ORDER : Before the Court are defendant Lafi Abdeljaber's "emergency motion for temporary restraining order and preliminary injunctive relief" and a "supplemental motion for temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction, and replevin." (D.E. Nos. 2 & 3 ). Also before the Court is plaintiff Signature Federal Credit Union's motion to remand this matter to state court (D.E. No. 12 ), and defendant Lafi Abdelijaber's response to the Court's order to show cause. (D.E. No. 9 ). By way of brief background, on December 10, 2025, the Court issued an order to show cause as to why this matter should not be dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, (D.E. No. 5 ), and held subsequent emergency motions in abeyance pending resolution of questions surrounding this Court's jurisdiction over the instant matter, a threshold issue. (D.E. No. 7 ). Accordingly, for docket management purposes only, the Clerk of Court shall terminate the motions pending at Docket Entry Numbers 2 & 3 without prejudice, pending resolution of the motion to remand (D.E. No. 12 ), which deals with the same jurisdictional issue. The Clerk of Court shall mail a copy of this Text Order to defendant Lafi Abdeljaber by regular U.S. Mail. (N/M).
