MINUTE entry before the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman: Due to a change in the court's schedule, Telephonic hearing set for 2/13/2025 is stricken and reset to 2/20/2025 at 9:30 a.m. on the Webex platform. Plaintiff's counsel is directed to let plaintiff know of the change in schedule. Parties will not be asked to start their video. Counsel of record and other essential case participants will receive an email prior to the start of the hearing with instructions to join the hearing. Persons granted remote access to proceedings are reminded of the general prohibition against photographing, recording, and rebroadcasting of court proceedings. Violation of these prohibitions may result in sanctions, including removal of court issued media credentials, restricted entry to future hearings, denial of entry to future hearings, or any other sanctions deemed necessary by the Court. Attorneys Paul Porvaznik and John Bielski's motion to withdraw as counsel for Alper Saltos 107 is continued to 2/20/2025. Emailed notice (cn). (Entered: 02/11/2025)
220 Real Property: Foreclosure | Illinois Northern
MINUTE entry before the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly: Plaintiff's motion to substitute attorneys 86 is granted. Plaintiff's motion to strike the appearance of attorney Rodney Drinnon for defendants 87 is denied. Mr. Drinnon is advised that he remains counsel of record for defendants in this case, his motion to withdraw having been denied over two years ago (see dkt. 55) due to his failure to comply with applicable rules. Because Mr. Drinnon has an appearance on file, he is not entitled to simply state that he is no longer counsel in this case; he must seek and obtain leave to withdraw via a properly supported and properly served motion.
