Case Management Conference ~Util - Set Hearings
CLERK'S NOTES for Case Management Conference held remotely by Zoom before Judge Brian E. Murphy: Magistrate Judge Jennifer C. Boal also present and will be handling discovery disputes in this case. Court intends on conducting monthly status hearings to address any and all issues pending. The parties shall file a Joint Status Report and proposed agenda no later than one week prior to any conference, unless otherwise ordered. Opposition to 245 Motion to File Second Amended Complaint to be filed by 7/30/2026. Hearing set. Counsel working on outstanding issues with the TAR Protocol 239 but believe there will be remaining issues for the Court to resolve. Magistrate Judge Boal sets a hearing for discovery issues raised in 239 TAR Protocol, 240 Deposition Protocol and 244 Production of ESI. Parties shall file a joint progress report on these issues no later than 7/20/2026. Court ALLOWS [247-1] HIPAA Qualified Protective Order, [247-2] Stipulated Order regarding Expert Discovery and [247-3] Stipulated Preservation Order. Parties will continue to confer regarding the scope of the data fields. If the parties are not able to resolve the data fields issue, counsel shall include it their joint status report for Magistrate Judge Boal to address.
