Staying Case
ORDER VACATING ALL PRE-TRIAL AND TRIAL DATES, AND STAYING CASE PENDING MUNICIPAL APPROVAL 204 [NOTE CHANGES BY THE COURT] by Judge Kenly Kiya Kato. Having reviewed Plaintiffs and Defendant's Joint Request to Vacate Trial Date, Stay Case Pending Municipal Approval, and Set a Status Conference for September 10, 2026, in light of the conditional settlement agreement pending municipal approval, and having found good cause established, it is hereby ORDERED that all pre-trial and trial dates are vacated. It is further ORDERED that the case is stayed. No later than September 10, 2026, the parties shall file a Stipulation of Dismissal pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a) or a status report regarding settlement. Failure to comply with this Order will result in the case being reopened and the reinstatement of all pre-trial and trial dates. In addition, failure to comply with this Order may result in sanctions pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 11. (aco)
