ORDER ADOPTING THE BANKRUPTCY COURT'S RECOMMENDATION TO (I) GRANT BANK OF AMERICA'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT IN PART AND (II) DENY THE OIL & GAS PRODUCERS' MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT: The court will enter a judgment consistent with this ruling. Once that judgment is entered, the only remaining claim will be the Producers' claim in Count 4 for equitable subordination of BANA's claim against the Debtors.
