The report by the guardian ad litem was ACCEPTED. The fee to the guardian ad litem of $1850.00 as recommended by the parties was FOUND to be reasonable. Dkt 16 at 23. It was on that basis APPROVED. The Court FOUND the proposed settlement to be in the best interests of the minor and fair based on disputed liability. It was on that basis APPROVED. Dkt 16.
