Order [non-document]: 625 Leasing, LLC filed all exhibits in support of its opposition to Real Good Foods, Inc.'s motion for summary judgment under seal. (Docs. 20 -1, 21 .) There is no order from this Court permitting 625 Leasing, LLC to file documents under seal. While there is a protective order, a protective order is not a sealing order. (Doc. 17 , Protective Order, at para. 6 ("[a]bsent a statute or an order from this Court, documents may not be filed under seal.") Submitting the documents under seal without prior authorization to do so is in direct contravention of this Court's Initial Standing Order and Protective Order. (See also Doc. 4 , Initial Standing Order, at Sec. VII, Sealing.) The documents will be placed on the publicly available docket within five (5) days of this Order unless 625 Leasing, LLC properly seeks and obtains a sealing order from this Court. IT IS SO ORDERED.
