ORDER OF DISMISSAL AS TO ONE DEFENDANT: On June 30, 2026, plaintiff Tammy Smith and defendant Andrew Ishee filed an 64 agreed motion to dismiss with prejudice. Accordingly, all claims and causes of action asserted by Smith against Ishee and by Ishee against Smith are dismissed with prejudice. This order disposes of all claims between Smith and Ishee.
