STIPULATION AND ORDER REGARDING VOLUNTARY DISCONTINUANCE WITH PREJUDICE AS TO JOHN DOES 16 AND 27: NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by andbetween Plaintiffs and John Does 16 and 27, by and through their undersigned counsel, and subject to the approval of the Court, as follows: Discontinuance with Prejudice. All claims asserted by Plaintiffs in the Action against John Does 16 and 27 are hereby voluntarily discontinued and dismissed with prejudice and without costs to Plaintiffs or John Does 16 and 27 pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1)(A)(ii). Dissolution of Restraints on the Accounts. The TRO, any preliminary injunction, and any other restraints in connection with this Action shall be dissolved in their entirety as to John Does 16 and 27 and as to the Accounts. Notice to Brokers. Within two (2) business days after entry of this Stipulation and Order, Plaintiffs shall provide a copy of the So Ordered Stipulation and Order by email to IBKR, TradeUp, and Tiger Brokers (NZ) Limited (the introducing broker for the TradeUp Account), and shall notify each of them that the Accounts, and John Does 16 and 27, are no longer subject to the TRO, any preliminary injunction, or any other restraints in connection with this Action. Counterparts; Electronic Signatures. This Stipulation may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and all of which together shall constitute o ne and the same instrument.
