Order Dismissing Case
ORDER DISMISSING CASE.
After a settlement conference on March 13, 2024, Judge Spector reported that this action has been settled in full. Rather than continue to keep the case open on the docket, the Clerk is directed to administratively close the file without prejudice to reopening on or before April 15, 2024. If the parties wish to file a stipulation of dismissal (for approval by the court or simply for inclusion in the court's file), they may do so on or before April 15, 2024. The dates set forth in this order may be extended for good cause pursuant to a motion filed in accordance with Local Rule 7. It is so ordered.

Settlement Conference
Minute Entry for proceedings held before Judge Robert M. Spector: Settlement Conference via Zoom held on 3/13/2024. 1 minute. The parties reached a settlement. Counsel will work together over the next few weeks to memorialize their agreement in a formal settlement document but have been informed that the District Judge may elect to close the case administratively on the docket in the meantime. A separate settlement conference minute entry totaling 6 hours has also been entered in the related case Ledyard Board of Educaton v. A. et al., 3:23-cv-1686 (AWT). (Blickley, J)
