Order
TEXT ORDER: Plaintiff pro se Christopher Peterson's unopposed request for an extension of time to file a motion to amend his complaint is GRANTED, and any such motion shall be filed on or before July 9, 2026. [D.E. 102-103]. To avoid unfair delay, Plaintiff shall serve a copy of that motion and all supporting documents on all defense counsel by email or overnight mail (using the addresses available on the electronic docket for this case), on the same day the motion is filed with the Court. While Plaintiff's pro se status may justify some procedural leniency, the Court will not ignore or asymmetrically apply the rules in the face of any party's persistent failures to heed deadlines. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Andre M. Espinosa on June 22, 2026. (ame)
