LLC's motion to set a briefing schedule 359 as well the remaining named Plaintiffs' response 360 to that motion. Although Wilson Farms is a named party to this litigation, it appears to be an absent, unnamed member of the settlement class. The Court issues a Rule to Show Cause as to what authority this Court has, if any, under the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure or another source, to consider a motion weighing in on the preliminary approval of class settlement by such a party. Wilson Farms must respond to this Rule to Show Cause by 8/5/2026. The Court will determine if additional briefing is needed.
