MEMO ENDORSEMENT on re: 44 Letter filed by Reynaers Inc., ENDORSEMENT: The Court is in receipt of the parties' letter at Dkt. No. 44 setting forth available dates for a settlement conference. (Dkt. No. 44). A settlement conference is scheduled for October 22, 2026 at 2:15 p.m. ET and will take place by videoconference hosted by the Court on the Webex platform. Plaintiff and Counter-Claim Defendant Reynaers Inc. ("Plaintiff") shall make a settlement demand to Defendant and Counter-Claim Plaintiff 360 Windows and Doors ("Defendant") or reaffirm any prior demand by October 8, 2026. Defendant shall inform Plaintiff of its response to the demand by October 14, 2026. As set forth in paragraph 4 of the Standing Order Applicable to Settlement Conferences Before Magistrate Judge Cave, (Dkt. No. 29 at 4), written submissions and revised Attendance Acknowledgment Forms, (Dkt. No. 29 at 7), must be emailed to Chambers (Cave_NYSDChambers@nysd.uscourts.gov) and the opposing party by October 15, 2026. Once the Court receives the parties' Attendance Acknowledgment Forms, the Court will provide the link for the settlement conference. All other directives in the Court's prior settlement conference scheduling order at Dkt. No. 29 remain in effect.
