Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief Order on Motion for Leave to File
ENDORSED ORDER denying 71 Motion Further Redaction; denying 75 Motion for Leave to File a Supplemental Memorandum in Opposition to Defendant's Renewed Motion to Dismiss. Text of Order: The court granted plaintiff limited leave to supplement her amended complaint to identify the person whom she alleged posted reviews related to plaintiff on Trustpilot. Doc. no. 52. Plaintiff misunderstood the leave granted and made voluminous filings in response to that order, which were resolved, with some filings being stricken. Doc. no. 69. Undaunted, plaintiff seeks leave to file a supplemental memorandum and moves to redact more information pertaining to her claims. Doc. nos. 71 & 75. The filings for purposes of the motion to dismiss are closed. Plaintiff's motion to file a supplemental memorandum (doc. no. 71) is denied. Plaintiff does not provide sufficient grounds to support the additional redactions she proposes, and her motion for additional redactions (doc. no. 75) is denied. As noted, the filings for purposes of the motion to dismiss are closed, and neither party shall make any further filings related to that motion. So Ordered by Judge Steven J. McAuliffe.(lw)
