DOCKET TEXT ORDER. The court has carefully reviewed 180 Motion for Attorney Fees, the detailed declarations and exhibits Plaintiff has submitted in support of that motion, and the docket. Based on its review, the court has no difficulty concluding that this is an exceptional case warranting attorneys' fees, that joint and several liability is warranted, and that the amount of attorneys' fees that Plaintiff requests is reasonable. The court further concludes that a hearing is not necessary because the defendants have not appeared or opposed the motion and because Plaintiff's declarations and exhibits create a sufficient record for the court to decide these issues. 180 Motion for Attorney Fees is GRANTED. The court awards Plaintiff attorneys' fees in the amount of $450,382.00. All Defendants subject to 177 Default Judgment shall be jointly and severally liable for these fees. SO ORDERED.
