ORDER granting in part 164 Motion for Extension of Time to File Response/Reply re 156 MOTION for pre motion conference. At ECF No. 164 , Plaintiff's counsel requests an extension of the deadline to file Plaintiff's opposition to Defendants' motion for a pre-motion conference (see ECF No. 156 ), citing the following reasons: "(1) [t]he large volume of material submitted by Defendants, which includes a 56.1 statement of 419 paragraphs with over 90 exhibits"; (2) Plaintiff's counsel's pre-planned personal travel during the current response window; and (3) Plaintiff's counsel's competing work obligations. See ECF No. 164 at 1. Plaintiff's counsel requests a new response deadline of 9/15/2026, and Defendants' counsel consents to this request. Id. at 2. The Court does not believe the full requested time is needed based on the information provided. Accordingly, the Court grants in part ECF No. 164 . Plaintiff must file opposition papers on or before 9/8/2026. Ordered by Chief Mag. Judge Vera M. Scanlon on 8/18/2026. (JAA)
