At the parties' request, a three-hour VIRTUAL settlement conference is reset for 09/17/2026 at 1:00pm CT. By 08/25/2026, Plaintiff's counsel shall send a revised settlement demand to opposing counsel and to Judge Holleb Hotaling's chambers email, Chambers_HollebHotaling@ ilnd.uscourts.gov. By 08/28/2026, defense counsel shall send a revised settlement offer to opposing counsel and to Judge Holleb Hotaling's chambers email. Additional information about the virtual settlement conference will be forthcoming near the settlement conference date.
