(IN CHAMBERS) ORDER STRIKING PLAINTIFF ISIS CANTRELL'S MOTION FOR STATUTORY ATTORNEYS' FEES PER PARTIES SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT 33 ; ORDER REQUIRING ADDITIONAL MEET AND CONFER RE: ATTORNEYS' FEES by Judge John F. Walter: The Court STRIKES Plaintiff's Motion. On or before September 28, 2026, lead counsel for the parties shall meet and confer in person and shall specifically identify all hours, billing rates, or other items that will and will not be objected to, the basis of any objections, and the specific hours and billing rates that in the parties' respective views are reasonable and should be compensated. The parties shall attempt to resolve any remaining disputes. In the unlikely event that any matters remain in dispute, Plaintiff shall file her renewed Motion for Attorneys' Fees on or before October 5, 2026 in full compliance with the Court's Standing Order. If the parties are unable to resolve their disputes regarding Plaintiff's attorneys' fees, the Court may, in the interest of judicial economy, refer the matter to a special master at the expense of the parties.
