SCHEDULING ORDER: An in-person settlement conference is scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 504 North. The remaining parties to this action must personally attend the settlement conference along with their counsel and insurance representatives; all individuals with full decision-making authority to resolve the case must be physically present in court. Failure to bring all stakeholders may result in a court order to reimburse all other parties' attendance expenses. One week in advance of the conference, i.e., by July 22, 2026, the parties must submit supplemental confidential settlement statements by chambers email addressing developments since the November 18, 2025, settlement conference and a providing a detailed analysis of the current settlement value of the case and the costs and risks of proceeding to trial.
