Scheduling Order
SCHEDULING ORDER: The Court will hold an in-person settlement conference on 10/21/2026 @ 2:30 PM before Magistrate Judge Seth D. Eichenholtz in Courtroom 324N. The parties are each directed to submit confidential ex parte letters describing their settlement position via e-mail to Eichenholtz_Chambers@nyed.uscourts.gov no later than 10/14/2026. The parties should refer to Judge Eichenholtz's Individual Rules regarding what needs to be included in an ex parte letter. Additionally, all individuals with settlement decision-making authority must appear at the conference in person unless permission has been granted for an appearance by telephone. Any such request, or any request to adjourn, must be made as a Motion on ECF no later than one week before the conference. If at any point the parties no longer believe the conference will be productive, they must notify the Court as soon as possible. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Seth D. Eichenholtz on 7/30/2026. (DC)

Plaintiffs expert disclosures to be served by 3/2/2027. Defendants' expert disclosures to be served by 3/30/2027. All discovery completed by 4/27/2027. The deadline to initiate dispositive motion practice consistent with Judge Garaufis's Individual Practices and Rules is 5/27/2027.
