(Dkt. # 85 .) Specifically, he seeks to propose findings of fact based on defendant Stoychoff's declaration (dkt. # 80 ) and body-worn camera footage (dkt. # 80 -2). (Dkt. # 85 .) Plaintiff's motion (dkt. # 85 ) is GRANTED to the extent that pursuant to section I.C. of this court's summary judgment procedures, the parties must support every proposed factual finding with admissible evidence, which may include declarations, documents, and videos in the court record.
