Order on Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery
ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Plaintiff's letter 17 , requesting a 60-day extension of discovery deadlines. In light of Plaintiff's representation that the parties have exchanged thousands of pages of discovery and are in the process of completing depositions, with additional depositions expected in order to prepare for private mediation, which will occur over the summer, the request is granted, on consent. The following deadlines are extended. Fact discovery shall be completed on or before 6/23/2026. The parties are directed to file a joint status report certifying the close of fact discovery by 6/30/2026. Exchange of expert disclosures shall be completed by 9/14/2026. Exchange of rebuttal expert reports shall be completed by 10/27/2026. Expert depositions shall be completed by 12/1/2026. All expert discovery shall be completed by 12/1/2026, and certification of the completion of all discovery shall be filed on ECF by 12/8/2026. The last date to take the first step in dispositive motion practice is 12/31/2026, and must be done in accordance with the Individual Rules of the assigned presiding judge.
