Counts IV through VII are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff STAR K.E., LLC's deadline for filing an amended complaint is July 14, 2026. Plaintiff must make last, best efforts to assert viable claim(s) against Broker Defendants, because additional leave will not be granted. Finally, if amendment is not timely-filed, Plaintiff will be deemed to stand on its current pleadings, and the dismissal of Counts IV through VII shall be converted to a dismissal with prejudice.
