Electronic Minute Order for a Status Conference held on April 21, 2026, before Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks.

THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:
Following discussion with counsel during the Status Conference, the parties are advised that all discovery dates and deadlines shall remain in place, as set forth in the Rule 26(f) Scheduling Order (see ECF No. 14 ), with the close of all discovery, including expert discovery, being November 27, 2026.
The parties are directed to file a joint Status Report on or before August 28, 2026 advising the Court of the status of discovery. If the parties seek an extension of time to complete discovery, a letter motion shall be filed in lieu of the Status Report.
Status Conferences have been scheduled for July 29, 2026, at 9:00 AM and September 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM via the Court's Video Zoom. The Court will e-mail the Zoom invitations closer to the conference dates. All participants involved shall comply with Judge Wicks' Individual Rules regarding Expectations for Remote Appearances (see Rule § 1E).
