Status Conference
Electronic Minute Order for a Status Conference held on August 4, 2026, before Magistrate Judge James M. Wicks.

THE FOLLOWING RULINGS WERE MADE:
Following discussion with counsel during the Status Conference, defense counsel is directed to produce responses to all the remaining document demands by August 31, 2026.
The parties are directed to meet and confer and schedule depositions to be completed by September 30, 2026.
The parties are reminded that a Status Conference is scheduled for September 17, 2026, at 9:00 AM before the undersigned via the Court's Video Zoom. The Court will e-mail the Zoom invitations closer to the conference dates. All participants involved shall comply with Judge Wicks' Individual Rules regarding Expectations for Remote Appearances (see Rule § 1E). The date by which the parties were directed to file a joint Status Report, currently set for August 28, 2026, is adjourned, sine die.
The parties are advised that all expert discovery dates and deadlines are hereby held in abeyance pending the next Status Conference before the undersigned.
