   TEXT ORDER RE 171 : The Court has reviewed the letter of defendants Wilhelm and Pro Chiropractic 171 seeking intervention in a discovery dispute concerning an on-site inspection and photography of the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee's Lake Placid training and treatment facility and defendant USOPCs response. 173 . The Court hereby orders that within seven days, the defendants who are parties to this discovery dispute shall meet and confer and submit to the Court a narrowly tailored proposed inspection protocol identifying the date and time of the inspection, the duration of the inspection, not to exceed two hours, the specific rooms and exterior vantage points to be inspected, to be limited to the treatment locations identified in the Amended Complaint 74 , or in subsequent discovery, the names of all persons authorized to attend, including the name of the photographer, the scope of permissible photography, and the manner in which any photographs are to be maintained and disclosed. The parties are expected to make a good-faith effort to resolve any remaining logistical issues without further Court intervention. So Ordered. Authorized by Magistrate Judge Paul J.
