ORDER: In Defendant Shah's motion to adjourn 171 , she argues that Defendant Mona Shah & Associates ("MSA") cannot "be meaningfully represented" by counsel who has appeared on its behalf given other parties motions to disqualify 167 - 168 that counsel. Unless and until a motion to disqualify is granted, or counsel has been granted leave to withdraw, counsel who are appearing for each party are expected to fulfill their duties as counsel.
If Defendant Shah is concerned about Mr. Lerner's representation of MSA because, after reviewing Plaintiff and Defendant Parrizzi's motion to disqualify him, Mr. Lerner believes that he has an actual conflict which requires his withdrawal, he must make a motion to withdraw on or before 9/15/2026. Otherwise, Mr. Lerner, who has filed a notice of appearance 161 as counsel for MSA, is expected to fully participate in this matter and provide "meaningful[] represent[ation]" unless ordered otherwise.
