SCHEDULING ORDER: Plaintiff's letter application 116 with the consent of the defendant is GRANTED. The Court adopts the parties agreed upon modified briefing schedule. By October 7, 2026 plaintiff shall file their fully briefed motion for the method and plan of distribution of damages. Counsel may modify their agreed upon briefing schedule without court approval. Counsel shall file a letter notifying the Court of their modified agreed upon briefing schedule. Counsel shall follow J. Block's motion rules, specifically section 2(D) when filing their motions.
