ORDER granting joint request to issue proposed discovery schedule. ECF No. 28 .
Defendants shall supplement their discovery production on or before 9/15/2026. Plaintiff's deposition shall be completed on or before 10/15/2026. Defendants Juana Rivera, Lieutenant Arkadiusz Kolasny, and former Officer Carlos Quintuna shall be deposed on or before 11/2/2026. On or before 11/6/2026, the parties shall file a joint status letter regarding the foregoing.
Fact discovery closes 12/1/2026. On or before 12/1/2026, the parties will either file a joint status letter certifying the close of discovery or informing the Court that they plan to engage in expert discovery.
All later deadlines previously set in the 7/22/2026 Order of the Court remain unchanged.
