The Court, having considered the Parties' Stipulation and finding good cause therefor, hereby GRANTS the Stipulation and ORDERS as follows: The Jury Trial is continued to 9/27/27. The Final Pretrial Conference is continued to September 8, 2027. The Last day to hear motions is continued to June 17, 2027. The Court notes that the Stipulation was unaccompanied by a detailed declaration containing a highly detailed factual showing of good cause and due diligence, as required by the Civil Trial Order.
