The Court sets a Status Conference is set for Friday, 8/22/2025 at 12:00PM in Portland by telephone before Judge Marco A Hernandez, to discuss the status of Plaintiff and Third-Party Defendants efforts to obtain counsel and set a new case schedule, if necessary. The parties shall call into the Court's conference line (the phone number will be provided via separate notice) five minutes prior to the scheduled conference time.
