Order Dismissing Case
ENDORSED ORDER. On September 23, 2026, through an Endorsed Order, the Court directed Petitioner's counsel to show cause, by September 25, 2026, why the Court should not dismiss this case for want of prosecution and failure to comply with the Court's Order (Doc. 13). (See Doc. 14). To date, counsel for Petitioner has failed to comply. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED without prejudice for Petitioner's lack of prosecution.
