TEXT ORDER The parties have advised the court that they are pursuing private mediation scheduled for September 23, 2026. Due to the upcoming mediation, the parties have agreed that Defendant will withdraw 28 Motion to Dissolve Preliminary Injunction with leave to refile the motion if that issue is not resolved through mediation. The Clerk's Office is directed to terminate that motion. If this matter does not fully resolve at mediation, the parties are directed to submit a proposed amended scheduling order on or before October 1, 2026.
