Viramontes: The Court has reviewed Defendants' Responses (ECF Nos. 158 and 160 ) and Plaintiff's Status Report (ECF No. 161 ). The Court sets an Order to Show Cause Conference for September 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. in the event Defendants fail to serve complete discovery responses by September 8, 2026, as agreed to by the parties. If Defendants serve their responses by the September 8th deadline, the parties shall notify the Court no later than September 9, 2026, and the OSC hearing will be vacated. Should the hearing proceed on September 16, 2026, Plaintiffs' counsel may appear via Zoom. Defense counsel and the County of Riverside MUST APPEAR IN-PERSON at the scheduled date and time. The Court reserves ruling on monetary sanctions and attorney's fees and costs, which will be addressed by separate order. IT IS SO ORDERED.<No Attachments> (dc)
