ORDER AND NOTICE OF RULE 16 PRELIMINARY PRETRIAL CONFERENCE: Telephonic Rule 16 Preliminary Pretrial Conference set for 7/29/2026 10:00 AM CST before Magistrate Judge Abizer Zanzi. Parties are instructed to call 833-568-8864, enter Meeting ID 161 2255 6691, Push # to skip Participant ID; enter Passcode 252788# when prompted. Any party who fails to appear timely for the Preliminary Pretrial Conference will be ordered to attend future hearings IN-PERSON. A proposed Discovery Plan under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 26(f), which must be filed no later than five (5) business days prior to the pretrial conference. Failure to timely file the report and proposed discovery plan will result in the Court setting its own case management deadlines without the input of the parties and may result in the imposition of sanctions in accordance with Rule 16(f). The parties have 7 calendar days to file with the Court a Notice of Intent to Request Redaction of this transcript. Within 21 days of the filing of the transcript, a Redaction Request - Transcript shall be e-filed with the Court. Access to this request will be restricted to the Court and attorneys of record in the case. If no such Notice and Redaction Request are filed, the transcript may be made remotely, electronically available to the public without redaction. Any party needing a copy of the transcript to review for redaction purposes may purchase a copy from the Court Reporter. Counsel are strongly urged to share this notice with all clients so that an informed decision about the inclusion of certain materials may be made. The responsibility for redacting these personal identifiers rests solely with counsel and the parties. The Clerk and Court Reporter will not review each transcript for compliance with this rule.
