Counts 9, 10, and 11 are hereby REMANDED to the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, Case No. 2025-ca-5677. The Clerk is DIRECTED to mail a certified copy of this Order remanding the case to the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County. Plaintiffs SHALL FILE a Second Amended Complaint within 14 days of this Order. No new claims may be added.
