PATRICK AULD on 06/30/2026, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3184, the above findings, and reasons stated on the record at the extradition hearing, I certify the extradition of the Fugitive, Oscar Arredondo Rodriguez, to Mexico, on the offense for which extradition was requested, and commit the Fugitive to the custody of the United States Marshal pending further decision on extradition and surrender by the Secretary of State pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3186. FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court forward a certified copy of this Certification and Committal for Extradition, together with a copy of the evidence presented in this case, including the formal extradition documents received in evidence and any testimony received in this case, to the Secretary of State.
