CLERK'S JUDGMENT. IT IS SO ORDERED AND ADJUDGED That On October 16, 2025, the Court dismissed plaintiff's amended complaint but gave him until "November 21, 2025," to file a second amended complaint. (ECF 18, at 2.) To date, he has not. The Court previously cautioned that when a plaintiff "'does not take advantage of the opportunity to fix his complaint, a district court may convert the dismissal of the complaint into dismissal of the entire action.'" (Id. at 23 (quoting Lira v. Herrera, 427 F.3d 1164, 1169 (9th Cir. 2005)).) As the Court forewarned, the dismissal of the amended complaint here is converted to being with prejudice, and all pending motions are denied as moot. The case is hereby closed. (mef)
