ORDER: Defendants' motions to dismiss, (Docs. 14 , 15 ), are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Defendants' motions to dismiss Plaintiff's FHA claims for damages are DENIED. However, Plaintiff's amended complaint fails to plausibly show that Plaintiff has standing to pursue his demands for injunctive or declaratory relief.
