ORDER: Plaintiffs' Co-Lead MDL Counsel have advised the Court that all cases and proceedings are complete in this MDL. The Court hereby directs the clerk to close any related matters that remain open. The Court retains exclusive and continuing jurisdiction over the class-action settlement and its prior orders and judgments. If the Judicial Panel on Multi-District Litigation identifies future cases subject to transfer, or if any matters arise relating to the settlement or enforcement of the Court's prior orders that require the Court's attention, the Court will re-open the MDL.
