MEMORANDUM ORDER that Plaintiff Cole's unopposed motion to approve settlement (Doc. 55 ) is GRANTED IN PART and the settlement is APPROVED. As provided by the Settlement Agreement, Defendants shall pay $283,700 to all Plaintiffs via the Settlement Administrator and a service award of $7,500 to Plaintiff Cole. Defendants shall also pay collective counsel $200,800 in attorneys' fees and $2,550 for reimbursement of costs, in addition to $7,000 to the Settlement Administrator. FURTHER ORDERED that the Settlement Administrator is directed to issue settlement payments to the claimants in accordance with the terms of the Settlement Agreement. FURTHER ORDERED that this court retains jurisdiction over this case for purposes of resolving any issues pertaining to settlement administration.
