MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court denies Jones's motion 51 ; denies Sarnello's motion 54 ; grants Alvarez's motion as to Counts I-XV and denies it as to all other counts 36 ; grants Corcoran-Sipe's motion as to Counts I-XV and denies it as to all other counts 47 ; and grants Jones Sr.'s and Jennifer's motion 50 . Therefore, all claims may proceed against Jones and Sarnello. The intrusion upon seclusion and intentional infliction of emotional distress claims may proceed against Alvarez and Corcoran-Sipe. The Homeowners are dismissed from the case. If Doe believes she can cure any of the deficiencies identified by the Court, she may file an amended complaint by August 24, 2026. Doe should carefully consider Rule 11(b) if she intends to amend her complaint as to the Homeowners. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 11(b).
