ORDER: This schedule applies to the remaining proceedings prior to trial: 1. Plaintiffs proposed voir dire, proposed verdict sheet, proposed jury instructions and their motions in limine shall be filed by November 30, 2026 with a copy of the voir dire, verdict sheet and jury instructions delivered in MS Word format. Also, by November 30, 2026, plaintiff shall deliver to defendant in MS Word format her portion of the proposed Joint Pre-Trial Order. 2. Defendant's proposed voir dire, proposed verdict sheet, proposed jury instructions, its motions in limine and its responses to plaintiffs motions in limine shall be filed by January 9, 2027, with a copy of the voir dire, verdict sheet and jury instructions delivered in MS Word format. Also, by January 9, 2027 defendant shall deliver in MS Word format to plaintiff his portion of the proposed Joint Pre-Trial Order merged with plaintiff's portion. By January 30, 2027, plaintiff shall file her response to defendant's motions in limine. Also by January 30, 2027, the parties shall file the proposed Joint Pre-Trial Order. The Final Pre-Trial Conference will be held on February 24, 2027 at 11:00 a.m. 5. Expert discovery extended to October 23, 2026. SO ORDERED. Motions due by 1/9/2027. Responses due by 1/30/2027 Expert Discovery due by 10/23/2026. Final Pretrial Conference set for 2/24/2027 at 11:00 AM before Judge P. Kevin Castel. Proposed Pretrial Order due by 1/30/2027.
