ORDER that the Court finds Wudi to be in contempt of court based on its numerous and persistent violations of the Injunction; the Court will continue to retain jurisdiction to enforce the Injunction and this order finding Wudi in contempt of court; Wudi must immediately undertake all acts necessary to comeinto compliance with the Injunction provisions as listed in paragraphs 4(a) - (e) above; commencing fourteen days after entry of this order and continuing each month until Wudi can demonstrate full compliance with the Injunction, Wudi must file monthly status reports, under oath, describing the acts it has taken to come into compliance with the Injunction; until it has come into full compliance with the Injunction, Wudi shall pay a per diem fine of $2,500.00 (US), which shall be paid monthly to the Clerk of Court, in cash or current funds, on the due date of each status report, which funds will be held for the benefit of Wong, who may apply to the Court for an order for payment of the funds then held by the Clerk; the Court awards to Wong its reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses for bringing this Motion, and Wong's application for fees must be filed within 14 days after entry of this Order (see Order for details).
