ORDER GRANTING LIMITED JURISDICTIONAL DISCOVERY AND STAYING CASE PENDING COMPLETION OF DISCOVERY AND BRIEFING: It is further ORDERED that Defendants must serve the written discovery within 14 days from the date of this Order. Plaintiff must serve responses to the discovery within 30 days of service. Finally, Defendants are ORDERED to file a supplemental brief to their Rule 12(b)(1) motion within 14 days of being served with Plaintiff's responses to the discovery. Plaintiff may then file a response limited to the allegations in Defendants' supplement within 14 days of Defendants filing of their supplemental brief. The Court will not entertain a supplemental reply. This case is STAYED pending the completion of jurisdictional discovery and supplemental briefing.
