ORDER re: 12 Order Referring Case to Magistrate Judge. This matter has been referred for settlement. Dkt. No. 12. Should the Parties wish to schedule a settlement conference, the Parties are directed to contact chambers via email at WillisNYSD Chambers@nysd.uscourts.gov and provide at least three mutually agreeable dates at least 4 weeks out. Any conference will be held in person at Courtroom 228, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York. Should the Parties not wish to schedule a settlem ent conference at this time, they should inform the Court via email by the same deadline. Parties must attend in person with their counsel. The Parties should be prepared for the settlement conference to last all day. Corporate Parties must send th e person with decision-making authority to settle the matter to the conference. CIVIL CASE MANAGEMENT PLAN AND SCHEDULING ORDER: This Civil Case Management Plan and Scheduling Order is submitted by the parties inaccordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f)(3). All parties do not consent to conducting all further proceedings before a United States Magistrate Judge, including motions and trial. 28 U.S.C. § 636(c). This case is to be tried to a jury. Expert Discovery due by 1/25/2027. Telephone Conference set for 12/16/2026 at 03:00 PM before Judge Jesse M. Furman. The parties should join the conference by calling the Court's dedicated conference line at (855) 244-8681 and using access code 2303 019 3884, followed by the pound (#) key. When prompted for an attendee ID number, press the pound (#) key again. In light of the parties' joint letter, ECF No. 67, the initial pretrial conference scheduled for August 5, 2026 is hereby CANCELED as unnecessary.
