Attachments and/or exhibits to mediation statements are discouraged. Ex parte calls, 15 minutes in length, will be set with each party and held on October 26-28, 2026. All parties are encouraged to engage in settlement negotiations. Should any party wish the Magistrate Judge's assistance, they may contact his chambers for scheduling. So ordered.
