The Initial Case Management Conference that was scheduled for May 30, 2024 is rescheduled for August 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. The deadlines set forth in the May 1, 2024 Scheduling Order are revised as follows: The parties shall confer no later than July 18, 2024 with respect to all matters outlined in Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f). The parties shall file the written report required by Rule 26(f), which shall be in the form set forth in Appendix LCvR 16.1.A, no later than July 25, 2024. The parties shall file the Stipulation Selecting ADR Process no later than July 25, 2024. No later than July 25, 2024, the parties shall either consent to jurisdiction by the magistrate judge or elect to have a district judge assigned to the case by completing the Consent to Jurisdiction by United States Magistrate Judge/District Judge Option form. Parties will be directed to refer to the MICROSOFT TEAMS AUDIO CONFERENCING SCHEDULING NOTICE FOR ALL TELEPHONIC CONFERENCES for instructions. Signed by Magistrate Judge Patricia L.
